记录一次 fdfs 上传失败，错误码 28 的问题

上传文件时异常

org.csource.common.MyException: getStoreStorage fail, errno code: 28

	at org.csource.fastdfs.StorageClient1.upload_file1(StorageClient1.java:103)

这个报错是 tracker 的一个配置原因

# reserved storage space for system or other applications.
# if the free(available) space of any stoarge server in 
# a group <= reserved_storage_space, 
# no file can be uploaded to this group.
# bytes unit can be one of follows:
### G or g for gigabyte(GB)
### M or m for megabyte(MB)
### K or k for kilobyte(KB)
### no unit for byte(B)
### XX.XX% as ratio such as reserved_storage_space = 10%
reserved_storage_space = 10%

这个配置的含义是 storage 上的剩余磁盘空间必须是 10% 以上才能上传成功

解决方案：1.修改配置 2.扩大磁盘存储 3.删掉一些垃圾文件
