其他浏览器都可以正常访问，初步判断为 Bug

在汐洛浏览器中，报错为 ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED ，而其他URL报错却是 ERR_INTERNET_DISCONNECTED ，这是个细节

修复无网络时小米系统无法加载页面的问题，但是不解决被禁用应用访问网络权限无法加载的问题，这是小米系统的问题，无法解决（其他浏览器也一样）
