ir 即时渲染模式

描述问题

在IR模式下，输入  等特殊字符后，继续输入，光标乱跳。无法在这个字符后面输入内容。

期待的结果

希望能够修复这个效果。另外，在所见即所得模式下，如果输入了  等特殊字符后，继续输入，每次改变内容，都会进行一个特殊字符的展开和收缩的效果，很影响写作，晃眼睛。

  1. wysiwyg 实体需要同内联数学公式一样加上 style="display:none"
  2. ir 实体结构徐同同 wyswyg 保持一直
  3. ir 实体预览区域不可进行修改 （V 修改）
