已经有很多起用户反馈最后定位到问题是这个插件忽略搜索导致的，这是最近的一起：标签无法搜索了

希望作者处理一下插件的开启、关闭和卸载：

  • 开启插件，不应需要重新加载界面后（或者重启思源后）才生效
  • 关闭插件，不应需要重新加载界面后（或者重启思源后）才生效
  • 关闭或卸载插件时，需要移除插件在 refsearchignore 和 searchignore 中添加的内容（不是插件添加的部分不应移除）
