集市已下载部分，换栏目非常麻烦

In what scenarios do you need this feature?

例如我已下载部分的插件滚动到了末端，想要看看已下载的主题，需要滚到已下载插件的最上面才能出现已下载主题的按钮，这样操作太不直观了，希望这一行能在滚动时固定位置
