用户操作的场景过多，无法一一阻止和防备。参考了下 notion，可以不遮罩，但是会进行提示

可以是要生成文本的块有进度条滚动，其他块可以自由操作，如果操作这个ai块，就提示是否停止生成？

这个好像有点难度，比如存在拖拽，更新等很多操作。
