数据库属性面板重复显示关联项目

Is there an existing issue for this?

• I have searched the existing issues

Can the issue be reproduced with the default theme (daylight/midnight)?

• I was able to reproduce the issue with the default theme

• I've ruled out the possibility that the extension is causing the problem.

Describe the problem

如下图，数据库属性面板重复显示了一个关联的条目，每个和主题库相关联的文档都会如此，以前3.0.2升级到3.0.3出现过一次，那次是前一个是无法选中的，删除掉前一个就好了，但是这次又复发了，两个都是关联到对应的文档了

希望能排除下看看是不是数据库哪里出问题了
