In what scenarios do you need this feature?

在编辑双链静态锚文本的时候，鼠标一般都会悬浮在双链元素上。

这个时候如果在打字的时候往往会触发意外行为导致输入中断：

  • 鼠标悬浮在双链上，弹出悬浮窗口
  • 按下了 Shift 按键，弹出了反链窗口

这些行为都会强制中断编辑静态锚文本，体验很难受。

在编辑静态锚文本的时候，禁止对应的双链弹出悬浮框
