数据库主键变动后，对应的关联列异常

  1. 在纯文本条目绑定某个块后（F5 刷新一下），其他数据库的关联列会取消关联该条目
  2. 在条目取消绑定块后（F5 刷新一下），其他数据库的关联列会取消关联该条目
  3. 在条目更换绑定块后（F5 刷新一下），其他数据库的关联列会取消关联该条目

缺陷是明显不符合逻辑的或者实现错误的；改进是处理有遗漏或者优化。

不过有的时候也不是完全按这个来，看打标记的人了，理论上所有 修复缺陷 都可以归类为 改进功能 😂
