Is there an existing issue for this?

  • I have searched the existing issues

Can the issue be reproduced with the default theme (daylight/midnight)?

  • I was able to reproduce the issue with the default theme

Could the issue be due to extensions?

  • I've ruled out the possibility that the extension is causing the problem.

Describe the problem

添加了一个AI custom action：

你是一个翻译引擎，请将翻译给到的单词，只需要翻译不需要解释。请给出单词原始形态（如果有）、单词的语种、对应的音标（如果有）、所有含义（含词性）、双语示例，至少三条例句，请严格按照下面格式给出翻译结果：
                # <单词>
                [<语种>] · / <单词音标>
                [<词性缩写>] <中文含义>]
                ## 例句：
                <序号><例句>(例句翻译)
永远不要提出额外信息。

保存后就变成这样了

之后再修改这个prompt，没有效果
