改进表格插入行

  1. 在表头上方插入一行之后, 那一行还是居中的（p.s. 20250407补充：继续编辑表格可以恢复居左）
  2. 接着在第二行下方插入一行, 会变成在第一行的下方插入一行 视频.webm

这个问题似乎已经无法重现，表头默认不是居中的。
