改进有序列表编号刷新、支持重新编号

  1. 这种情况下，编号应该接着 7. 而不是从 1. 开始：

    default.webm

  2. 支持修改编号：（参考飞书）

  3. 编辑器聚焦在有序列表的列表项块时，通过内核更新序号

第一点不进行修改了，拖拽和目标列表可能会有很多各式各样的列表项。就统一从一开始吧。

感觉应该是在有序列表块的菜单里加一个配置项
