  • 关闭 保持全部打开 时，持久化文档大纲状态
  • 不考虑持久化从文档菜单打开的大纲页签

用户需求：

赞同，另外拖拽大纲后会展开全部大纲并滑动到最顶部，希望可以让状态持久化，尽量在用户无感的情况下更新这些状态。
