  1. 拖拽移动块翻页不匀速

    video.webm

  2. 鼠标移动到顶部或底部时不需要立即翻页，否则跨文档移动块的情况会导致意外的翻页

这个确实要优化一下，拖拽的时候还不能用鼠标滚轮来控制，每次小心翼翼的

不知道为什么，现在又恢复了之前那种稍微卡卡的状态，不会一下就到顶/底了

之前一下就到顶/底属于是过于流畅，现在又是略卡顿的状态，不知道为啥

研究了一下，Windows 上关掉这个性能选项的话会导致 Web 的 scroll-behavior: smooth; 和 behavior: "smooth" 失效：

打开就行了（从瞬间移动恢复为一顿一顿🙃）

大纲也有类似的问题，鼠标要晃一晃才能继续翻页：
