当代码块位于文档顶部时，如果光标位于代码块第 2 行最左侧，按下键盘的 ↑（上方向键），光标会直接移动到标题处，而不是移动到代码块第 1 行

另外在标题按 ↓ 没反应，是正常的吗？我没印象了
