选中超级块的所有子块时不支持合并为超级块

我觉得在原则上超级块至少要有两个子块（因为删除超级块的子块只剩一个的时候会同时删除超级块），但合并超级块会产生嵌套的超级块，这些超级块只有一个子块。

以及删除子块会出现异常：

逻辑不对，应该是选中的块是这个超级块的所有子块时不允许合并超级块
