还有问题：

  1. 在有背景色的行级元素里用 ` 包裹文本，没有变成行级代码
  2. 在有背景色的行级元素外输入 ` 会形成行级代码并去除背景色

是的，这个问题目前无法处理了，情况太复杂，最多只能处理成目前这个样子。
