导出导入设置无效

比如 Markdown 行级语法，导出导入后发现没有变化

导出的是全部关闭的，但导入后没有全部关闭：

用设置-导出-导出设置导出的siyuan-conf-....json.zip文件到新设备导入设置，思源自动关闭，重新打开后发现设置并没有改变，没有效果，试了几次必现
