这个需求还挺多的。

剪藏图片上的链接 选项应默认关闭，即：不剪藏图片上的链接

浏览器剪藏扩展 v1.9.0 支持

发现一个问题，如果开启了移除图片链接选项，关闭这个选项之后要刷新一次网页才能重新剪藏到图片链接

应该和我之前加的实验性功能一样：
之前是额外加标签，然后剪藏完再删掉还原；
但是这次是删掉img标签里的a标签，所以没法还原了，是否可以在实验性功能的说明里提醒下用户？

在 #14105 中改为剪藏后自动刷新页面。

最近在忙，不好意思啊，今天才看到，确实自动刷新可解万难。
我还想到另外一种方法，就是将a标签改为其它标签（不可见，加tag标识），等剪藏结束改回来。
另外一种思路就是是否自动刷新也加入实验性功能选项里。

因为还有其他问题……所以还是只能强制自动刷新啦。
