改进选中文档末尾点击底部添加空块

继续改进 #13975

仅阻止在划选文本之后在文档末尾添加空块，有选中文本时允许点击文档末尾添加空块

左键点击是正常的：先取消选中，然后添加新块。视频中是右键点击么？

我是双击。

先取消选中，然后添加新块

就是不要取消选中文本这一步，直接添加新块。

只在选择文本的过程中不添加新块就行了，文本已经选择之后再点击下方需要直接添加新块。
