Can the issue be reproduced with the default theme (daylight/midnight)?

• I've ruled out the possibility that the extension is causing the problem.

Describe the problem

When dragging and dropping an image into a page with a PDF open in a sidebar, you loose the ability to use backspace.

Expected result

Being able to drag and drop an image and delete text as normal.
