改进块引用动态锚文本添加行级样式

块引用动态锚文本选中其中一部分添加行级样式，添加样式的部分和其余部分都需要转换为静态锚文本，否则修改引用块内容之后就会变成这样：

  • 添加样式的部分：是动态锚文本，但锚文本不更新
  • 其余部分：是动态锚文本，锚文本更新了，但更新是不符合预期的

块引用动态锚文本选中全部添加行级样式，应该保持为动态锚文本。但目前有个问题：

有行级样式的块引用动态锚文本不会更新

在动态锚文本的开头或末尾添加行级样式，锚文本会直接消失并且无法撤回：
