疑似插件自定义的 URL 链接无法起作用

插件注册的 siyuan://plugins 连接这段时间好像没法点击生效了，不知道为啥。

我测试了两个插件：

• f-misc 的 GPT 对话记录跳转
• 文档流的链接

这两个点击之后都没有跳转成功。在 debug f-misc 的时候发现 eventBus 的事件处理函数没有被触发
