改进在数据库中按上下方向键切换单元格时滚动文档

思源目前向下切换单元格到底部时会直接滚动一个屏幕，向上切换单元格时则是滚动一个条目，行为不一致：

像 Notion 是每次按上下方向键都会滚动：

飞书到顶部或底部是统一滚动一个条目：
