不知道为什么这个插件每次刷新都会更新子块的 id 导致的。

但是会导致其他文档也打不开了，需要改进一下。

另外没找到块的话应该直接关闭编辑器吧？

话说这个地方移动端和桌面端是不同的吗？桌面端能正常退出聚焦

不清楚插件的内部，刷新后列表项在移动端和桌面端不一致。
