标签创建时应该给予明确的提示

In what scenarios do you need this feature?

标签创建时应该给予明确的提示
录入标签时，如果输入标签名，出现的下拉列表中，如果是新建的标签名，应该给个提示。
例如：创建新标签，而不是新旧标签一起用高亮字体标识，不容易区分、也不好确定是新建了标签还是引用了旧的标签。

什么场景有必要区分新旧标签？打标签直接打上不行吗？

有什么必要区分新旧标签？

  1. 避免和原有的标签进行重复的标签描述，让使用者明确知道是创建了新的标签
  2. 减少重复语义标签的出现。而且现在标签删除需要等待界面重新加载，很浪费时间。所以明确知道新建标签的重要性更加提升了。

3.1.27 不需要了。删改标签也很简单了，问题是不是可以算解决了？

例如在全局搜索中，输入的关键词查不到文档，前面会加个提示，新建文档。
推理之，如果是不存在的标签，前面应该也要加个新建标签，用以提示。

刚刚看了一下，目前新建的标签已经是有高亮提示了的：

而不是让使用者在一群高亮字体中，去分辨寻找全部高亮的是新建标签，部分高亮的是旧的标签。语义明确，更加易用。

@Vanessa219 看看需不需要统一两个弹窗的行为

  • 文档标签：默认新建标签（选中第一个选项）
  • 行级标签：默认使用已有标签（选中第二个选项）
