创建标签的BUG

Describe the problem

• 新建标签的BUG，每次新建标签时候，都把新建2个字一起附加在了标签上面。
  

• 另外遇到标签前后有空格的情况，也识别为新建标签，正常应该为同个标签，不应该出现新建。

• 已经有了同名标签，又提示新建标签
  

Expected result

输入新的标签名之后，提示新建，不要把新建2字又写入到标签里面。
自动过滤重名标签，前后空格标签，不要一样的标签名又提示新建标签。
