创建标签的BUG

Is there an existing issue for this?

• I have searched the existing issues
  To pick up a draggable item, press the space bar. While dragging, use the arrow keys to move the item. Press space again to drop the item in its new position, or press escape to cancel.

Can the issue be reproduced with the default theme (daylight/midnight)?

• I was able to reproduce the issue with the default theme

Could the issue be due to extensions?

• I've ruled out the possibility that the extension is causing the problem.

Describe the problem

• 新建标签的BUG，每次新建标签时候，都把新建2个字一起附加在了标签上面。
  

• 另外遇到标签前后有空格的情况，也识别为新建标签，正常应该为同个标签，不应该出现新建。

• 已经有了同名标签，又提示新建标签
  

Expected result

输入新的标签名之后，提示新建，不要把新建2字又写入到标签里面。
自动过滤重名标签，前后空格标签，不要一样的标签名又提示新建标签。
