在集市已下载打开 README，点击更新按钮，下载成功后需要刷新当前打开的 READNE

目前需要关闭 README 再重新打开

感觉还有点问题

p.s. 本来以为是切换主题会影响 README 刷新，但后面重启再试就都不会刷新了
