这个包的作者名有变更：

  "name": "Asri",
  "author": "MUSTAKSHIF",
  "url": "https://github.com/mustakshif/Asri",
  "version": "3.3.10",

  "name": "Asri",
  "author": "mustakshif",
  "url": "https://github.com/mustakshif/Asri",
  "version": "3.3.11",

这样的话不会被认为是同一个包，所以没有显示更新。

稍后会去掉作者名的校验，仅校验 name 和 url 两个字段是否相同。
