手机端点击锚文本，跳转位置不正确

从链接给出的视频中可以看到，5次点击中，前两次正确跳转到了块所在位置，后3次错误地跳转到了块所在页面的顶部

部分情况下，软件似乎认为，点击锚文本的背后是用户想要编辑，这一点可从“后3次弹出了键盘”看出来

经验证，电脑端无此问题
