复制超链接文本或块引用，粘贴时没有将选中文本作为锚文本

只有粘贴 Markdown 纯文本链接的时候才正常将选中文本作为锚文本：

还有选中文本按 Ctrl+K 的情况（目前只有 Markdown 链接纯文本才能直接转换）：

在代码块全选复制 Markdown 链接，再选中文本 Ctrl+V 粘贴会有问题（用代码块的复制按钮就正常）：
