Chinese system notification in English version of SiYuan

Is there an existing issue for this?

Can the issue be reproduced with the default theme (daylight/midnight)?

• I've ruled out the possibility that the extension is causing the problem.

Describe the problem

I am receiving Chinese notifications which are lyrics to some song. The notifications are related to #13815 but I am not sure if I should receive Chinese notifications on the English version.

Expected result

Disable Chinese notifications on English version
