Describe the problem

显示/隐藏窗口快捷键唤出时窗口不在最前. 手动点击任务栏图标到最前后, 短期内正常, 使用一下其他窗口后就不在最前了.

(日常)测试环境: 双屏, 三屏.

一个简单的触发方式(环境:双屏):

  • 焦点在非全屏的思源处;
  • 点击思源背后的全屏的浏览器;
  • 按快捷键隐藏/唤出, 此时思源不在最前.

Expected result

唤出时窗口在最前.
