输入```时，输入第一个 ` 会失去焦点，需要点击一下思源笔记，
其次，输入完```之后，生成的地方如果直接复制，会赋值在代码块上方，且无法删除。
需要点击一下代码块才能复制。
如图所示：

输入第一个 ` 会失去焦点这个无法重现，之前有做过什么操作么？

我可以复现。复现步骤如下：

  1. 输入```之后，不点击代码块区域，直接复制，会出现上面我提到的BUG，
    2.接着CTRL+Z撤回， 然后在输入```
    此时就能出现这个情况了。

第一步已经修改好了，无法重现第二步。麻烦下个版本再看看。谢谢
