订阅推荐码改为付款后输入，之前没有填写推荐码的用户可以补填。

  • 在设置 - 账号中填推荐码，填过一次以后就不能再填了（隐藏输入框）
  • 不能填写自己的推荐码
  • 终身会员不支持通过推荐码扩容
  • 填过推荐码以后不再支持退款
    • 不支持 7 天无理由退款
    • 不支持超 7 天退款剩余时长
