@Vanessa219 这里引入了新的问题
多行公式/较高的公式依然会遮挡, 而且产生了二义性(不知编号是标注上一行还是下一行), 建议回滚为原样式

\begin{align}        
   z &= (a+b)^4 \\
     &= (a+b)^2(a+b)^2 \\
     &= (a^2+2ab+b^2)(a^2+2ab+b^2) \\
     &= a^4 + 4a^3b + 6a^2b^2 + 4ab^3 + b^4
 \end{align}
