在什么情况下你需要该特性？ In what scenarios do you need this function?

目前表格添加下一行只能通过快捷键或者表格菜单来添加，这样稍微有点麻烦或者打断记录的状态
一般情况下表格添加下一行的情景是目前已有的单元格填完了，需要添加下一行。
可以参考OneNote的逻辑，就是在最后一个单元格按tab可以添加下一行，我觉得这个feature可以大幅提高表格记录的效率
