描述问题 Describe the problem

数据库 spans 表中超链接元素(type = 'link_text')的 markdown 字段与 content 字段值完全一致, 均为超链接锚文本, 因此无法查询超链接 URL 与超链接标题

期待的结果 Expected result

数据库 spans 表中超链接元素(type = 'link_text')的 markdown 字段设置为完整超链接 [超链接锚文本](超链接URL "超链接标题")
