描述问题 Describe the problem

使用 / 菜单插入一个 HTML 新块或者将一个已经存在的 HTML 块内容清空时, 数据库将无法查询到该块的块 ID

期待的结果 Expected result

无论 HTML 块内容是否为空, 数据库中都能查询到
