工作空间是最基础的概念，不应该默认存放在 我的文档/SiYuan/ 文件夹下，而应该让用户选择存放路径，这样既能向用户介绍工作空间这个概念，也能让数据更安全。最起码用户知道数据存哪里了。

另外需要加入多语言选择。
