我发现编辑标题时的两个小问题

1. 当在标题中多次按 space 时，光标会回到行头
2. Untitled 的标题在被编辑时，会附在新的标题后方

关于问题-1: 能够创建带有多个 space 的标题，无论在行中，还是行末，都可以在标题中添加 space

关于问题-2: 在编辑 Untitled 标题时，新标题用编辑内容替换，且不会把 “Untitled” 附在新标题后
