行内代码内只含空格时，后面紧跟输入内容，空格行内代码会消失。只输入空格行内代码，不跟随输入内容短时间会存在，但一刷新页面空格行内代码就没了

之前做了大部分行级元素（比如下划线、下标、上标、加粗、斜体、删除线和代码等）内容为空白时的剔除。行级代码如果为空白（比如空格）时确实应该保留，这是有意义的。此外， 键盘元素也类似。

感谢反馈，我们下个版本改进一下看看。
