在什么情况下你需要该特性？In what scenarios do you need this feature?

目前（v2.0.25），如果笔记中不存在对一个 PDF 文件的引用超链接，那么该 PDF 文件会被视为未引用资源，即使笔记中存在对该 PDF 文件的标注引用链接（file annotation reference）。这可能会造成误删。

描述可能的最优解决方案 Describe the optimal solution

列举未引用资源时，排除标注引用链接对应的 PDF 文件。

描述候选的解决方案 Describe the candidate solution

仍按原来的逻辑识别未引用 PDF 文件，但是对那些 annotation 被引用了的文件进行特殊标识。
