之前开伺服，用浏览器编辑可以正常通过拖入图片/文件实现资源的插入与上传

v2.2.3可能还是之前哪个版本更新后，拖入图片变成了直接在浏览器里面打开/查看文件，而不是插入资源

期待的结果 Expected result

和客户端拖入图片/文件插入资源表现一致
