导出为 markdown 时删除线 & 下标复合样式的代码是 ~~~foo~~~, 但是使用块操作 API /api/block/* 中的 ~~~foo~~~ 无法识别为删除线 & 下标复合样式

期待的结果 Expected result

使用块操作 API /api/block/* 插入/更新块可以正常识别 ~~~foo~~~
