描述问题 Describe the problem

右边的菜单列表，向上下滑动的时候，会意外的进入手指第一次触摸到的菜单，并且手指一旦离开这个菜单区域，立马就会打开当前菜单

期待的结果 Expected result

给菜单增加橡皮筋效果，可以上下拖动菜单，不会因为首次触摸某菜单，离开该区域而进入该菜单
