复现步骤

1. 进入代码片段编辑面板
2. 新建一个 CSS 片段
3. 启用该片段
4. 点击确认
5. 该片段对应的 CSS 样式已应用
6. 再次进入代码片段编辑面板
7. 删除该片段
8. 点击确认
9. 该片段对应的 CSS 样式未取消, 因为该 css 片段对应的 style 标签依然保留

期待的结果 Expected result

删除已经激活的 CSS 片段时同时移除对应的 style 标签
