和启动后通过工作空间菜单打开路径一样，直接使用选择的文件夹路径作为工作空间，不再创建 SiYuan 这一层文件夹。

反对。如果不清楚该变化而沿用旧习惯的做法，将会使得数据文件夹散布在该文件夹下。

应做成，配置文件夹始终在 SiYuan 文件夹中。

如果用户指定工作空间不包含 SiYuan 文件夹，则自动创建一个
如果用户指定工作空间包含 SiYuan 文件夹，则使用该文件夹中的数据

多工作空间用户则自由选择位于不同路径下的 SiYuan 文件夹。

不认同你的说法，自动创建一层更容易导致（不清楚的原规则）用户误会，且会改变用户自己的路径命名规则
