不再自动从临时文件中恢复数据文件 #7260

写入文件时如果失败会保留临时文件 xxxx.tmp，后续如果主文件解析失败则产生从临时文件恢复，这个是 v1.2.5 引入的 #2571

经过一年多的观察，这个机制实际上没有作用，因为目前已经可以通过文件历史或者数据快照进行恢复，比这个机制更可靠。这个机制在某些情况下（比如使用第三方实时同步盘后写入文件失败）会导致数据自动回滚，给用户带来困扰，所以我们考虑将其移除。
