现在的交互还是有点问题，选择文本后，弹出复制文本的交互框，底栏就不能滑动了

期待的结果 Expected result

如果可以的话，希望把复制文本的交互框也移动到底栏，变成第二层的底栏。
否则，最起码能实现自由滑动。
